ACS Census Tract Commute

Overview

The American Community Survey (ACS) is an ongoing survey that provides data every year -- giving communities the current information they need to plan investments and services. This dataset covers census tract-level ACS data pertaining to commuting characteristics of the U.S. population.

These data have been collected over the 5-year period 2015-2020. The primary advantage of using multi-year estimates is the increased statistical reliability of the data for less populated areas and small population subgroups.
